Youth Entrepreneur Night at the Rotary Centre for Youth in Bracebridge had a great turnout with over 50 people visiting the Summer Company trade show the Muskoka Bizplan Challenge Awards ceremony. (see below for more information).

Summer Company
If you are thinking about starting your own summer business and you're between the ages of 15 and 29 years old you may qualify for Summer Company offered by the Provincial Government you may be able to receive funding up to $3,000.00.

Muskoka BizPlan Challenge
Muskoka BizPlan Challenge is a local competition for High School aged youth who want to write a business plan and submit it for judging to the MSBC. Click here to see what is happening with our local competition.

Future Entrepreneurs
A free curriculum resource for teachers of students in Grades 7 to 10.
Future Entrepreneurs curriculum support materials for Ontario teachers uses real life examples of successful young entrepreneurs to introduce entrepreneurial thinking and skills to students. Whatever their career path, all students benefit from the program’s emphasis on developing entrepreneurial qualities.
The Future Entrepreneurs program has received the seal of quality certification issued by Curriculum Services Canada.
